BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL TRANSLATIONS TransNational is a leader in quality language translation services. STEPS IN THE PROCESS Documents can be sent to us in almost any format. In most cases they will be delivered as a PDF to avoid any foreign-font software issues. Each project is assigned a team leader who follows the documents along every step in the process. This may include translation of the text, layout of images, design work, and printing. Having ascertained who the translation is for, how it will be presented, and what the objectives are, our qualified experts start the translation. Stringent checks are conducted by native speakers to ensure that the best choice of language is offered, keeping in mind the target audience and individual client needs. Finally, we walk through and review the final copy with you to make sure you are totally satisfied, and any necessary modifications are made.
TERMS & CONDITIONS Transnational (NZ) Limited treats all information as strictly confidential and will not release it to any third party without prior written consent. All copies of original documents will be treated as true and correct. Transnational (NZ) Limited will not be held liable for incorrect, falsified, insufficient or misleading information or documentation provided by any client, agency or translation rendered by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the loss of any original documents. Most NZQA, LTSA and Immigration documents/certificates are charged at $39.90. The base rate for all other translations is $35.00 per 100 words in English. Certified translations are an additional $15.00 per document. All rates are GST exclusive unless stated otherwise. Quotes are provided free of charge and serve as an estimate only. The final word count may change from the quote and will be invoiced accordingly. Cancellation of any part of contracted work to Transnational (NZ) Limited will result in 50 percent charge of the total cost due. Any disputes unresolved through mutual discussion will be heard at the disputes tribunal in Christchurch. All payments are to be made before or upon delivery by cash, bank transfer or credit card through PayPal. Asking the Company to proceed with a translation means you have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
